Travel Auxiliary Relief Valve PC200-6

This travel auxiliary relief valve Model YH-014 belongs to Pressure Relief Valve, dedicated to 20-ton old LS load-sensing excavators Komatsu PC200-6 and PC220-6 equipped with 6D102 engine and HPV95 main pump, OEM Part No.723-40-82400, also known as travel sub safety valve. It adopts threaded cartridge design, a pair mounted on left & right travel branch cartridge holes of main manifold, exclusively matched with travel system pressure, not applicable to swing or cylinder circuits. Cooperated with Hydraulic Safety Valve and Hydraulic Relief Valve, it forms four-stage hydraulic safety circuit together with full machine main relief valve, swing auxiliary valve YH-015 and cylinder suction valve YH-063. Standard travel relief protection pressure: 37.0MPa, negative pressure oil supply opening differential pressure 0.08MPa, maximum single valve flow capacity 165L/min.
