Our high output aluminum ingot stacking robot is the centerpiece of a fully automated ingot production line that covers casting, cooling, conveying, and palletizing. The system begins with a continuous casting machine that molds molten aluminum into uniform ingots, which are then quenched in a controlled cooling tunnel to achieve the desired microstructure.
