Wide master roll adhesive label cores match production lines of over 1000mm broad sticker master rolls. Thickened and widened winding structure greatly improves radial bearing capacity to avoid central sag and deformation after long static storage and rewinding of heavy full master rolls. Extended precision flat cutting delivers flat tube ends for stable clamping without shifting on large wide slitting machines, acting as core supporting parts for master roll procedures of large label factories.
