Substrate tolerances extend from 100 to 450 gsm and beyond, supporting polyolefins and films above 25 μm . The zero-speed splice mode ensures that even resin-based flexo printing—known to be sensitive to lap thickness—remains unaffected, as the tape-butt splice does not add structural anomalies.
