Lightweight CPVC Extrusion Board

Our Lightweight CPVC Extrusion Board is engineered with premium chlorinated PVC resin by professional high-temperature extrusion process, ranking among reliable High Quality Sheets for industrial harsh conditions. It belongs to the classic CPVC Extruded Sheet series, featuring lightweight design while maintaining high structural rigidity, low thermal conductivity and ultra-low water absorption, bringing outstanding portability and installation convenience. Adopting optimized chlorination modification, the board has chlorine content reaching 63-67°C, with Vicat softening temperature up to 85°C–115℃ and long-term service temperature at 95°C. As premium Durable Materials, it excels in acid, alkali, salt and chemical corrosion resistance, owns UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade, stable size and excellent mechanical strength.
