Easy To Machine Cut Bend Thick CPVC Board, also known as CPVC Extruded Sheet, belongs to our High Quality Sheets and tough durable materials for workshop fabrication. We provide Custom CPVC Sheets including thick gauges with customizable width, length and colors. Chlorinated resin with 63%-67% chlorine balances rigidity, heat and chemical resistance, outperforming ordinary PVC and PP. Core Performance Our High Quality Sheets have three heat-resistant grades, Vicat 85–115°C with 95°C long service. As stable durable materials, thick CPVC boards resist acid, alkali and oxidants, UL94 V0 flame retardant and low water absorption. Custom CPVC Sheets can be cut, bent, milled and hot welded without cracking, even for thick sizes. Every batch gets full lab test reports for overseas manufacturing factories.
