High-Quality Low-Temperature Valve Castings

LCC (ASTM A352 Grade LCC) low-temperature high-strength carbon steel castings, with their excellent processing and welding process performance, facilitate the manufacturing of complex low-temperature equipment. In terms of processing performance, the Brinell hardness of LCC is stable at 150-180HB, making it suitable for various processing methods such as turning, milling, and drilling. For instance, in the precision processing of valve sealing surfaces, it can achieve a surface finish of Ra0.4μm, and the processing efficiency is 20% higher than that of hard and brittle materials.
