2507 / 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Round Bar – Premium Product Introduction     Grade & Chemistry   - 2205 (UNS S31803/S32205): ≈ 22 % Cr, 5 % Ni, 3 % Mo, 0.18 % N – PREN ≈ 34   - 2507 (UNS S32750): ≈ 25 % Cr, 7 % Ni, 4 % Mo, 0.27 % N – PREN ≈ 42     Both grades combine roughly equal austenite + ferrite phases, giving twice the yield strength of 316L while resisting chloride pitting, crevice attack and stress-corrosion cracking far better than any austenitic grade .   Production Range   - Standards: ASTM A276/A479, EN 10088-3, NACE MR0175, API 6A   - Dia. 6 – 500 mm (¼” – 20”) – hot-rolled, forged, peeled or centreless-ground   - Length: 1 – 6 m random; h6, h9, K12 tolerances on request   - Surface: black, pickled, bright-peeled, ground (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm) or polished 600 grit   - Test certificates: EN 10204 3.1/3.2, ferrite 35 – 55 %, impact –46 °C ≥ 45 J    Key Properties (annealed)   - 2205: Yield 450 MPa, UTS 620 MPa, Elong. ≥ 25 %   - 2507: Yield 550 MPa, UTS 800 MPa, Elong. ≥ 25 %…
