150°C Eco XLPO Flame Retardant Insulation Compounds, Materials For UL Electronic Wire, are low halogen-containing eco-friendly polyolefin pellets for VW-1 vertical flame retardant medium-low voltage cables, ideal for UL3321 & UL3398 wiring with VW-1 flame retardant grade. Pellets can be colored or blended with masterbatch; use black masterbatch sparingly to prevent blooming. It features excellent mechanical strength, flame resistance and extrudability, meeting RoHS & REACH, and passes -30℃ low-temperature brittleness test. Fit tube and pressure extrusion with L/D≈25 screws, conductor preheating required. Max processing temp ≤185℃, irradiation dose 15–18 Mrad. Dry granules at 70–90℃ (over 85℃ preferred) for 2 hours to avoid sticking. The material maintains stable insulation performance under long-term high-temperature aging conditions.
