Thermoplastic LSZH FR Polyolefin Tight Jacket Compounds

Thermoplastic LSZH FR Polyolefin Tight Jacket Compounds are premium thermoplastic compounds and optical cable compounds, featuring halogen-free, low smoke, low corrosion and low toxicity. They are developed for tight jacket application of FTTH optical cables and general-purpose butterfly cable jackets, and possess good crack resistance. They can be colored directly or blended with polyolefin color masterbatches. Featuring excellent mechanical properties, good flame retardancy, low shrinkage and superior resistance to high and low temperature cycling, the compounds offer outstanding processability. They suit tube and pressure extrusion. A screw with L/D ratio of 18~25 and compression ratio below 3:1 is recommended, with the maximum processing temperature limited to 175℃. Supplied as free-flowing cylindrical non-hazardous pellets, the products are packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags, 500kg per pallet.
