TP LSZH FR Polyolefin Jacket Compounds are eco-friendly halogen-free thermoplastic compounds and optical cable compounds, featuring low smoke, low corrosion and low toxicity, ideal for tight jacket of small-size indoor optical cables and compliant with different CPR fire resistance classes. It supports color customization or mixing with polyolefin color masterbatches, and delivers great mechanical performance, low deformation and shrinkage, as well as excellent flame retardancy meeting IEC vertical flame and UL VW-1 requirements. With an oxygen index of 45% and good temperature cycling & aging resistance, this material works with tube and pressure extrusion. The recommended screw ratio is 18~25 (L/D) below 3:1 compression ratio, max processing temperature 185℃. Provided as non-hazardous cylindrical pellets, it is packed in 25kg bags (500kg per pallet) and needs dry, cool and ventilated storage.
