Thermoplastic LSZH FR Polyolefin Insulating Compounds are halogen-free with low smoke emission, low corrosivity and low toxicity. This 90℃ heat-resistant insulation material features an oxygen index of 35, and meets single vertical flame retardancy as well as Category B bundle flame retardancy standards, making it ideal for wires and cables of 2.5 mm² and above. The pellets can be customized in various colors or blended with polyolefin color masterbatches; black masterbatch shall be used sparingly to prevent surface blooming. Boasting excellent thermal deformation resistance, mechanical performance, outstanding flame retardancy and favorable extrudability, they can be extruded via tube extrusion or compact extrusion dies. Screws with an L/D ratio of 18~25 and a compression ratio below 3:1 are recommended.
