LSZH Thermoplastic FR Polyolefin Sheath Compounds, also referred to as Thermoplastic Compounds and Optical Cable Compounds, are halogen-free, low-smoke, low-toxic and low-corrosive materials for tight jacket of indoor single-core, dual-core and multi-core optical cables, ideal for remote optical cables with -40℃ to 95℃ temperature cycling and high flexing requirements. Featuring high toughness, fatigue resistance, excellent mechanical performance, flame retardancy, high-temperature anti-blocking ability and low thermal shrinkage, the pellets suit tube and pressure extrusion with specified screw parameters and a maximum processing temperature of 175℃. It also delivers reliable electrical insulation to guarantee stable long-term cable operation. All typical performance indicators comply with relevant national and international testing standards.
